Session in Buxton

There is a new session getting going in Buxton in the High Peak.

The session is on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, and the next date is Monday 5th April. Things get going about 8:30pm.

It's at the New Inn on the Market Place (http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/52/5287/New_Inn/Buxton).

There have been two sessions so far, each attracting about 5 - 10 musicians playing a mix of English, Irish, Scottish, French, and the usual anything-else-that-comes-to-mind.

An evening in an accommodating Robinsons pub with some good playing and side-chat to be had - so if, like any sensible person, you enjoy the Mobberley/Cross Keys session, you should like this one! If you need any further information you can contact me via the comments or my usual email contact addresses, or otherwise you can just turn up.

I'm also hoping to get a session started in the Whaley Bridge area come the autumn, so more news on that as and when.
