More on the rauschpfeife / vuvuzela discontinuity

Just after I wrote my previous post on the subject of rauschpfeifes and vuvuzelas, I was catching up on xkcd and came across Toot.

So

1. the next time someone says 'I don't mean to blow my own horn', I really hope I've got the rauschpfeife handy:
   and
2. What are the other four appropriate situations for a vuvuzela identified by xkcd?

However another thought also strikes me: what does Hugh Masekela say when he wants to be faux-modest?
